Buy to let mortgage specialist, one point of contact, and (I hope you'll find) refreshingly straight with you.
I've spent 20 years arranging mortgages, and these days I specialise in buy to let: limited company structures, portfolio landlords and HMOs in particular. I'm an adviser at CSC Financial Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, so you get specialist advice with proper oversight behind it.
You'll notice I say "I" on this website, never "we". That's deliberate. People buy into people, and when you work with me you get one point of contact from first chat to completion: no call centres, no being handed from department to department, no chasing someone who's never heard of your case. Just me, the person who knows your deal inside out.
And I'll always be honest with you. If a deal doesn't stack up, I'll tell you, and show you the numbers so you can see why. I'd rather lose a fee than put you into the wrong deal, because the landlords I work with tend to come back for property two, three and ten.
No surprises. Here's exactly what working with me looks like, including how I get paid.
We start with a free, no-obligation conversation about what you're planning. No hard sell, just an honest view on whether it stacks up.
I research the whole market, including specialist lenders who don't deal with the public directly, and my research costs you nothing.
If you go ahead, my arrangement fee is £495, payable only when your mortgage completes. If it doesn't complete, you don't pay it.
I'm also paid a procuration fee by the lender when your mortgage completes, and I always disclose exactly what that is, in writing.
Mortgage advice is a trust business. These are the standards I hold myself to on every single case, first-time landlord or fifteen-property portfolio.
A free, no-pressure conversation about what you're planning, and an honest view on whether it stacks up.
